Service Estimates

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on the information provided by you and our assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes requested by the customer
• Unforeseen conditions or complications

We will communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your scheduled service.
• Access to Property: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Delays: While we strive to be punctual, service times may vary due to prior jobs, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
• Deposits: For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit requirements will be communicated in your estimate.
• Payment Due: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.
• Late Payments: Overdue balances may be subject to late fees and/or collection actions.
• Disputed Charges: If you dispute any charges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice.

6. Warranty and Guarantee
